Pricing

A subscription for access.
A price for what you build.

From £20 a month, all in — a plan plus a working operating system, not a plan and then a surprise. What changes as you grow is how many people you bring, how many environments you run, and what those environments are made of.

Step one

Pick the tier

The tier sets the ceilings: seats, environments, agents and the credit pool everything draws on. Business is per seat; the calculator below moves with it.

Step two

Choose an operating system, or build one

Six environments are already built. Each is a set of modules that work together, priced by what it costs to run them. Take one as it stands, change it, or start from nothing and pick all 41 yourself.

Step three

Price your build

This is the same calculation the checkout runs. Change anything and every line moves — including the credit pool, because capacity you buy brings its own AI allowance rather than diluting the one you have.

How the numbers are set

Every price comes from one formula

Nothing on this page is a number someone liked the look of. Each thing we sell has a monthly cost to run; the price is that cost held to a 80% gross margin, rounded up to something legible. Rounding up is the only direction allowed.

The rule

price ≥ cost ÷ (1 − 0.8) ÷ FX
margin = 1 − cost ÷ (price × FX)

Cost is measured in dollars because that is what providers bill; prices are set in pounds because that is what you pay. 1,000 credits is exactly $1 of provider cost, which is why a credit allowance and a margin are the same statement said twice.

The total

total = plan(seats)
    + Σ build(modules)
    + extra environments × £7
    + extra agents × £9

And the credit pool is the same sum in credits: what the plan grants, plus what each module brings, plus what each unit of capacity brings. One task is about 100 credits.

"Included" is what the tier grants you today. "Ceiling" is the most you may buy up to on that tier before the plan itself has to change. Build cost sits on top of both and depends entirely on which modules you switch on.

Questions

The ones that actually get asked

Why is the price made of parts rather than one number?

Because an operating system is. The subscription buys access, seats and an AI allowance; the build is whatever modules you switch on; capacity is environments and agents beyond what the tier includes. Three numbers you can each argue with beats one number you cannot.

What is a credit?

One unit of AI consumption. You do not have to think in tokens: every agent call is metered at the provider's cost and converted into credits, pooled across the organisation and shown as a capacity bar. A whole agent task is roughly 100 credits.

Do modules eat my credit allowance?

No. Each module's price already includes the background AI it runs, and those credits are added to your pool when you buy it. A module you switch on cannot quietly consume the allowance you already paid for.

What is the difference between a template and a custom build?

A template is a module set we have already built, so switching one on is a copy and costs nothing to provision. A custom set has to be generated, indexed and wired, which is a one-off fee. Both are priced per module every month, and both can be changed later.

What happens when credits run out?

Agent actions stop rather than silently billing you. You can buy a top-up at any time, and the allowance resets each billing period. Per-agent budgets let you divide the pool so one agent cannot spend all of it.

Can we start free?

Yes. The free tier includes the organisation layer, one environment, 4 modules and 2 agents — enough to watch a plan get made, approved and executed. AI-native modules and paid builds need a plan.

What if we outgrow a plan?

Change it from the billing page. Entitlements regenerate from the subscription, so limits move the moment the payment confirms — nothing needs rebuilding, and the environments you configured come with you.
